Activation Guide

Get connected in 3 simple steps

Purchase & Receive

Choose your plan and complete checkout. You'll receive your eSIM QR code instantly via email and in your dashboard.

Scan & Install

Open your phone's camera and scan the QR code. Follow the prompts to add the eSIM to your device. This requires WiFi.

Arrive & Connect

When you arrive at your destination, enable the eSIM line and turn on data roaming. You're now connected!

iPhone Setup

  1. 01.Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
  2. 02.Select "Use QR Code"
  3. 03.Scan the QR code from your email or dashboard
  4. 04.Label it (e.g., "Simvoy Japan") and tap Continue
  5. 05.Set as Secondary for cellular data
  6. 06.Enable Data Roaming when you arrive

Android Setup

  1. 01.Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs
  2. 02.Tap "Add eSIM" or "+"
  3. 03.Select "Scan QR code"
  4. 04.Scan the QR code from your email or dashboard
  5. 05.Confirm and download the eSIM profile
  6. 06.Enable Roaming in SIM settings when you arrive
